The Adoration of Madonna

I was looking at Renaissance altarpieces, as we all like to do in our spare time. Adoration paintings were also popular at the time, painted by numerous artists and picturing the Madonna and Child. When the idea of an Adoration of Madonna painting came to me, it was to depict Madonnas painted during different periods, but at some point, the idea of putting the singer Madonna in the last position seemed hard to resist.

I didn’t really think of it as something that be offensive, and so far, no one has told me I’m going to hell for painting it, but that may be because I tend not to hang out with the people who would. The painting is not my only example of unskilled or offensive behavior.

Most seem to actually like it, and they call it The Madonnas. Maybe I should change the name.
